Rachid Regaieg — Founder & Collector
Rachid Regaieg is a Tunisian philatelist and experienced stamp collector with a longstanding passion for postage stamps, postal history, and the preservation of philatelic heritage.
His experience goes beyond collecting. Rachid is actively involved in the Tunisian philatelic community and is the founder of TANIT PHILATELY, bringing his knowledge and passion for collecting to an international audience through the shop's selection of stamps and philatelic collectibles.
He is also a member and advisor involved in meetings and discussions with La Poste Tunisienne (Tunisian Post), contributing to exchanges related to philately, postal heritage, and the collecting community.
Through his involvement in the field, Rachid Regaieg continues to promote philately and encourage the preservation of stamps and postal history as an important part of cultural heritage.
International Philatelic Exhibitions
Rachid Regaieg has also participated in international philatelic exhibitions and collecting events in different parts of the world, including Macau, Taipei, Thailand, Dubai, Morocco, and other countries.
These international events have provided opportunities to meet collectors from different countries, discover diverse philatelic heritage, exchange knowledge and experiences, and strengthen connections within the global philatelic community.
Through these exhibitions and international encounters, Rachid Regaieg has also developed a particular interest in discovering and learning more about Maghreb philately, including the stamps and postal history of Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Libya, and other countries in the region, as well as philatelic collections from around the world.
Association Philatélique de Djerba
Rachid Regaieg is also associated with the Association Philatélique de Djerba, a community dedicated to bringing together stamp collectors and philately enthusiasts in Djerba.
The association contributes to the development and promotion of stamp collecting by encouraging collectors to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and discover the history behind postage stamps and postal documents.
Through both collecting and community involvement, TANIT PHILATELY aims to help preserve the passion for philately and make it accessible to a new generation of collectors.
Our Mission
Our mission is to preserve, promote, and share the heritage of philately by making authentic and carefully selected stamps and collectible items available to collectors worldwide.
We believe that every stamp tells a story. A postage stamp can represent a country's history, culture, art, important personalities, significant events, or the evolution of postal communication.
For us, collecting is not simply about acquiring stamps. It is about discovering, preserving, and passing on these stories.
