These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the website www.tanitphilately.com.

Any order implies full, complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the customer.

The customer confirms having read these terms prior to placing any order.

TANIT PHILATELY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after their publication online.

ARTICLE 3: PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, photographs and descriptions are for indicative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

ARTICLE 4: ORDERS

Orders are considered final once payment has been validated and confirmed by the seller.

Any validated order constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have a withdrawal period allowing them to return products within 7 days from receipt.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

ARTICLE 6: PRICING

Prices are stated in euros, US dollars, and Tunisian dinars (VAT included).

TANIT PHILATELY reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY

Deliveries are subject to product availability.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on logistics and carriers .

Products are shipped at the customer’s risk once dispatched.

ARTICLE 8: RECEIPT AND CLAIMS

Any claim regarding visible defects or non-conformity must be submitted within 8 days of receipt.

The customer must provide all necessary evidence to support the claim.

ARTICLE 9: WARRANTY

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable regulations.

Any misuse, negligence, or unauthorized intervention voids the warranty.

ARTICLE 10: PRODUCT RETURNS

All returns require prior approval from TANIT PHILATELY.

Returned products are shipped at the customer’s own cost and risk.

ARTICLE 11: PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon order and is made in euros using the payment methods available on the website.

ARTICLE 12: RETENTION OF TITLE

Products remain the property of TANIT PHILATELY until full payment has been received.

ARTICLE 13: TRANSFER OF RISK

Risk is transferred to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
